Responsibilities
Train and fine-tune OCR models for improved accuracy Build data processing pipelines for document analysis Research and implement new ML techniques Collaborate with product teams to define AI features Monitor model performance in production
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow Experience with computer vision and NLP Understanding of OCR and document processing PhD or MS in CS, ML, or related field preferred
